DE LA ESPADA LAUNCH AT BORNHOLD PALMA

In May 2026, De La Espada proudly partnered with Bornhold interiors and OHLAB architects for an event celebrating the launch of De La Espada at Bornhold Palma.

Housed in Nave 6A, the creative space shared by Bornhold and OHLAB in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, the evening showcased design and craft excellence across architecture, interiors and furniture including De La Espada products Sela Lounge Chair, Deneb Desk, Altair Chair, Twenty-Five Bed and Bedside, and Classon Bedside Chest. It was an expression of shared values and commitment to research-driven design with emotional connection and master craftsmanship.

We also enjoyed a private dinner at Terreno Barrio, a recent hotel project by OHLAB. Characteristic of the architecture studio’s approach, Terreno Barrio was designed with respect for the environment, the neighbourly community, and existing history while possessing a thoughtful contemporaneity. It features local materials and craft throughout. Bold and modern yet sensitive and timeless, OHLAB’s work is rooted in sustainability while embracing wonder, creativity, and the unexpected.

We are proud to be part of the creative world at Nave 6A, where Bornhold and OHLAB work both individually and together to create inspiring projects and to foster broader creative collaborations and community. In the vast open-plan space with soaring ceilings and bountiful natural light, interiors with honesty, emotion, and a sense of place come to life. A beautiful source of inspiration in the heart of Palma.
